On the ground floor there is the living room with direct access to the terrace and garden, the full equipped kitchen and a WC, in the WC you can find the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor we have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of the rooms has a bathroom en Suite and TV.
The beds can be separated to get 4 single beds.
The wide terrace offers a place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner as it has a nice table and chairs, and some sun loungers are also placed to relax and sunbathe. less

Payment and cancellation policy
If there is a difference of more than one month between the day of booking and the day of arrival, a 50% payment of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. The balance will be paid 30 days before arrival. If there is a difference of less than one month between the day of booking and the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged on the day of booking.
In the event of cancellation, all payments already made will be re-credited within 7 days according to the cancellation policy.
